Host file being ignored, Not allowing me to login to Windows 8 ? [on hold]

Host file being ignored, Not allowing me to login to Windows 8 ? [on hold]

So , I had edited my host file adding in some details. After doing so, I
flushed the DNS, and restarted Windows 8 with my network settings
disabled.
Now, Windows 8 does not allow me to even log into my computer and keeps
reseting to the screen of entering your password. Blocking me from using
my computer.
What should I do to resolve this problem? Windows is not even booting in
safe mode.
